Berger's Auto Repair

This place of business doesn't deserve any stars!!! I brought my vehicle in for hail damage repairs and they messed up other things in the process. My headliner is broke!!! Black finger prints all over my light grey interior. My car was detailed prior to dropping it off, it is a complete mess. My tail lights are loose. There was tape goo on my windshield. When the owner was confronted with questions, he crawfished, stuttered and walked away!!!! Then refused our key until the deductible was paid?!? What about the damages they did???? Where are my rights???? I do not recommend using them!!!!

The most unfriendly service I have ever seen in the automotive repair industry. After spending five minutes with one of the guys ( one of the owners) I was sure I wouldn't do business with them and would caution anyone else to take their vehicles else where if possible.
