The minute I enter the office I feel calmed. Almost like I just got a big warm hug. The office staff has me at ease and helps me with financing. I like most people live pay check to pay check and I have to say the great work I recieve for the great price is truely a blessing. Thank You. The Dentist has a kind heart and caring hands.She truely listens and the work is BEUTIFUL. I can not thank everyone enough. I will tell everyone this is the Dentist to go to! I am Blessed to have found her.

We have been going to Dr. Bronke for the past 4 years and we love the office! We are always welcomed and treated nicely from the moment we arrive to our time spent in the chair and during our departure! I've been a patient of Dr. Bronke's for over 15 years, having started when I was still in high school. I now drive from NW Indiana for my dental appointments, and I bring both of my children. Dr. Bronke and her staff have done a great job with my oldest son who has Sensory Processing Disorder, and my 3 year old went in for his cleaning today all by himself (while I sat with his brother). There are plenty of toys for kids to play with and videos to watch. The staff even placed child-sized chairs in my room so my kids could watch me. They also have televisions in each room, so my kids can watch their favorite shows while their teeth are cleaned. It really helps to keep them calm.I have never had a billing issue. All procedures are discussed with me and I have always received an estimate, which accurately reflected my actual charges. I am without insurance right now and have not had a problem working out a payment plan.

I have been going to Dr. Bronke for 7 years. I am not sure what happened at the past reviewers visit, but I wanted to share my experiences. I found that since the Dr is a parent this office goes out of their way for kids, there are plenty of things in the waiting room to keep them occupied including video's. My kids are always calm before and during their office visits. And Elaine has always done a great job with scheduling and billing my insurance.

Dentist and staff is terrible with children. Billing is never correct. Elaine is rude, insulting, and has a terrible attitude. Way too many excellent other choices that to settle for this dump.

I've been Dr.Bronke's patient for over 10 years. I have had some major dental work. I am very satisfied with her treatment. She has gone out of her way to make sure the tooth color makes perfectly. The staff has always been very professional and accomodating.

Very expensive!! They estimate you at a lower cost and charge you much more. By the time you see the extra fees the procedure is over and you can't fight the bill. The add on finance charges and billing fees like crazy. The office staff is very rude, especially Ilene who has a major attitude problem. She treats patients as if they owe her something for beign able to speak wiht her. Be prepared to be charged for everything and over charged. You will be treated like a dollar sign, not a patient.
