Amberwood Apartments

My ex and i was shown an apartment when we applied to get us to want to live there that had everything looking perfect.

We applied and once we gor the call we was excepted and we could move in we got the moving truck.

They was installing nee carpet in our apartment the day we moved in. Once they finished that we turned on the ac and turn the ac to 72° and left to go get the moving truck now mind you these are townhome apartments.

When we come back with the first load of our belinging the support beam in the living room is pooring water from the ac over flow because they didn't have a over flow pan they had a bag of baby diapers to catch the ac over flow and the diapers had gotten full of water while we was gone.

Now mind you this was the first day we was moving in and nit the only issue we had with appartment.

I lived at thise complex for only a year and as soon as my contract was over I moved out. I work a late shift at my job and because of the childeren at the complex running around from one end of the complex to the other during the time I was trying to sleep I was not getting enough sleep. I was awoken by kids running in front of my apartment and screaming and playing outside my apartment door. I went outside and even though the lease agreement states that childeren under 12 must be supervised I saw no parents watching these childeren. I went to the property manager and talked to her about these problems towards the end of my lease because they had gotten a new manager for the complex and I thought it would stop once the new manager was in place but all the manager said to me was "the childeren need somwhere to play" even though the complex has a playground and a basketball court and it states in the lease that childeren are to onnly use these areas to play. They are alloowed to run all over the complex and scream and yell at the top of their lungs with "NO SUPERVISIONAT ALL" I wrote up a number of complaints and turned them into the property manager and nothing was done as soon as my lease was up I moved out of Amberwood Apartment and I have had freinds ask if it was a good place to live and my exact response was "NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE" The property manager could enforce the rules that are set instead of making her own.
