I would steer clear away from Smokes 4 Less at all costs, if I were you. Much of their inventory is way overpriced, by as much as 10 times what you can get the exact same item on the Internet for. My experience is coming from their e-cigarette line, but I'm sure they treat their tobacco and drug paraphernalia customers the same way. Their sales staff have no clue of what they're selling. They can't give you any stats on the generic (no name) 18650 batteries they sell. Most of the staff don't even know what an 18650 is, I even had one tell me they don't sell them – while he was standing next to the plastic box they store them in. I wonder if any of them have ever saw an 18650 venting and how lethal it can be. Yet I've heard them encourage newbie vapors to sub-ohm with their batteries. (I wanted to scream “NO”, but they're the only shop around that sells what I need to keep me off the stinky cigs). They sell cheap generic coils that don't even come in blister packs at four times what you can get an authentic for. I've had an owner/manager interrupt a salesman while he was making a sale to me, to tell him to go to Shopko and pick up distilled water. That tells you of the professionalism at that place.The event that made me finally give a review happened last week. I came into the store to buy a replacement glass for my subtank mini (Kangertech makes the subtank, subtank mini and the subtank nano – all slightly different sizes). Their newest and friendliest salesman was behind the vape counter, and he sold me my merchandise. We chatted as usual, because I'm a regular and he's an awesome salesman. I walked out with more than I planed on buying. I get home and I was sold the glass for a subtank, it doesn't fit. I called the store explained what happened they said no problem we have the glass for the mini. Come in the next day, same salesman behind the counter – told him the mistake he made, no problem. He gets the plastic box they store the glass tanks in, they don't have a mini. He pushes the tank from the day before, in it's original packaging, back to me and says “we can't give a can refund without a sales receipt”, then goes off to help someone else. They NEVER give sales receipts, of course he didn't ask for the receipt because he remembered our sale and knows they don't give receipts. Is that any way to treat a long term customer?That store should be shut down because of their lack of concern for customer safety. There are videos of 18650 batteries venting on YouTube, it's scary stuff. You can sub-ohm safely, if you know your batteries limits and you know what you're doing. Don't tell newbies to sub-ohm on batteries that you have no clue what the battery is capable of.Of course they deserve negative stars

Where to start… I was an everyday customer, liked knowing it was a quick and convienant stop for smokes and soda. However on 6/13 I purchased an E cigg, vapor not really knowing the product and even made the statement that I had hoped it was the right thing… I was looking for just a disposable cig.. The store manager Lacey who I traditionally found to be a delight grabbed the ecigg and handed it off to the gentleman who was cashiering… Now mind u its in an over crowded locked cabinet with many hand written tags.. THIS ONE CLEARLY was 3.99 a good deal for something I'd never tried… As we all joked around the cashier told me the price and being half alert after waking up (I'm a third shifter) I handed him money ����… Well this is were it starts.. When I got home ���� I was some what awake at that point and realised I hadn't been charged correctly that I had just paid close to 30.00 for one pk of smokes my ecigg and 2 lighters, I imediatley called explaining that there had to been an error hthe cashier said I'd have to speak to the manager in the morning to discuss a refund… not happy ���� about it due to being felt mislead with 2 stickers I accepted his answer and when about my day… Day 2 today I went right up to Lacey after opening and she immediately copped an attitude with me stating that its cleary written and yes there 'today' I can see the marked difference due to the product now being pulled bk on the shelf , which it was not yesterday.. I explained I would have never bought product had I been fully alert and actually known again she spoke to me like I was stupid her customer service sucked they're was no empathy nothing just a nasty teller.. ( where had the women I'd been dealing with for the last year gone, the women who gave me a pk of smokes on an IOU when my card wouldn't work in there outdated Credit reader).. Well I left mad she refused to contact owner stating it was a Sunday like I care.. I felt robbed and definitely feel that this manager needs some retraining in customer service… Iv worked hospitality for almost 20 years had an employee or co worker belittled a customer the way she did me I'd had fired or definitely spoken to an owner and suggested Termination…. I will not be returning to this place of business nor will I be promoting new customer sales threw my job.. I would strongly recommend people to watch what ur buying thinking they probably do this to alotbof people by the way she had a rehearsed speech down…
