Belmar Apartments

Belmar Apartments don't even deserve one star! Tom Eddy, the property manager, is the biggest asshole ever! He entered my apartment without prior notice and became extremely angry when confronted about it. He put his fist in my face and screamed at me. He is a very angry man. After that, I was terrified to stay there. What ever you do, don't move into Belmar Apartments, your better off some place else.

very rude. won't even tell me if they have apartments available. wants me to go through all of the hassle of picking up an application and sending in an application with a copy of my ID. then he will let me know if I qualify. and he's like "no partying no smoking" I'm 25 and i just want a friggen place to live.

These people are VERY rude! I called to rent one of the apartments for my son. Told him he wasn't a "secret" smoker, had no pets, and didn't "party." I asked if there was an apartment available on second floor and he didn't know. I then asked if he could send me an application and grudgingly he said yes. As soon as I started giving my address, he said, "I think your son should look elsewhere. With all your requirements I don't think we can accommodate him." My requirements? I simply asked if there was a second floor apartment available. So I said, "so you won't even send him an application." and he said, "no, you're better off looking elsewhere." I told him that was against the fair housing policy and he hung up on me. Very rude people to deal with. I guess my son will be better off somewhere else!
