I was having financial difficulty and not paying my credit cards. my credit one hired federated to pursue me. they were more than fair and understanding. i did not hav the money and they worked with me to setup payments. they were pleasant to deal with. the collection agencies that had called me about this before were ruse but federated was very helpful
