The service was excellent! Mark gave me an estimate for one broken windowpane (13 x 9), but he discovered a second one was broken. He replaced the second one and did not charge me for it.

Mark made our glass needs experience much easier than we anticipated. He answered my phone call on a late Sunday evening when no one else would. Mark was able to answer all my questions and even give me a quote over the phone on that same call which others would not. We set up a time for him to come look at the glass and take measurements. Mark called an hour prior to that time just letting us know he was on his way. His quote was dead on which was hundreds cheaper than any other company I contacted. He told us the time it would take to have the glass ready and when it could be installed. He met those promises without any hiccups. Mark called again an hour prior to coming to install. The install was very quick and professional. He was very polite and just a nice guy through this whole process. My neighbor was so impressed she also had him do a few windows for her as well. I'm not one that usually posts many reviews but I felt it was such a great experience working with Mark and all he did that it was the least I could do to say thank you. Hopefully I won't need to replace anymore windows but if I do I guarantee he will be the only person I call or refer others to. Keep up the amazing work Mark and thank you again!
