9/17/15:The Dr's are great but slow. The staff is unprofessional, on cell phones, & horribly rude!!
7/14/20:I must be a glutton for punishment!! I called 6/23/20 to make an appt, so I left a message. I call again last week 7/8/20 leave a message & no one calls me back again!! 1st 3 weeks & now a week later, still no one called me back. I call today & stated I need to make an appt, I'm told they are not making appt but she put me on a list & if someone cancels she calls the next on the list. 😳🙄 So I said, that's stupid I'm a patient how would I know that they are not making appts, which is why someone should have called me back & the snippy receptionist tells me she gets 30 calls a day soooo that's probably why no one, not her & her 30 calls a day, but no one called me back. Wait what!! Isn't that your job? No reply. Are you the only person who makes calls? Again, no reply. I asked her name & surprise no reply!! I didn't realize that to make a dental appt I must attend the Madame Zelda mind reading class!! I need a new dental group ASAP, I liked Dr. V. Singh but I will not recommend this messy business to anyone!!!!

good experience overall. dr was very thorough and explained everything. overall no pain or discomfort during 4 fillings.

So I originally went to Barnum to invest in Invisalign to my surprise I had 5 cavities. I had no symptoms of cavities so I thought this was odd. But whatever I made the appt to fill them in. The doctor then as I thought filed the 5 cavities. I leave and make another aptt for teeth cleaning. In the week before my apptnt I realize that my bite is off. Not sure if anyone has had their bite off but WOW extremely painful and I had to to endure that for a full week going to work . I go in for my teeth cleaning appt and explain the pain. The dentist who is a different dentist then the first one I saw tells me he only has time to do the cleaning not time to fix my bite and that I have to make another appt. I then make yet another appt to fix this bite now we are talking 2 weeks of tooth aches and having trouble eating. Now I see a 3rd dentist who finally fixed my bite and oh yea one of my cavities that my first dentist filled ruptured or something so she fixes that and I tell her I will never be back and she apologized and I am on my way. A month later I get a call from the reception saying I have a cavity still that hasn't been filled I almost screamed into the phone but told her my problems with their business and how unprofessional my experience was. I am still trying to fiix whatever they did to my mouth.

They have TVs in each room and you can listen to music or watch something. Staff tries to make you comfortable. Drs are very nice and caring.

very professional. Nice and clean office. Took me on same day, did root canal and I am out of pain now.

The first time I went there for consultation everything seemed ok today when I went in for complete replacement upper and lower implants the doctor answered my question with a question my question was how many complete Replacements have you done pretty simple question his answer was does that matter I am qualified by the ADA and I said to him that when someone is paying you the kind of money I'm going to pay you and when you are doing a major surgery on a human being this is not a car repair they have the right to ask these questions and he didn't like my questioning so I would be very hesitant to advise anyone to go and see this very unprofessional suppose it professional to me he seems like he's a young doctor that just came out of school with no experience and on top of that my appointment was for 8 o'clock this morning he didn't show up till 8:30 and then they locked me up in the room for another 30 minutes while he went and took care of his own business .
