My insurance dropped the ball on the tow I needed. Brownsburg Towing stepped up and made it right. The people I spoke and texted with were polite, patient (I was not happy) and very kind. I highly recommend them.

Called this morning to have tire changed and when Rob showed up he said let’s try air first..yep needed air and most likely valve stem replaced but he did say if it goes flat before I get it in to call back!! Excellent service

Over priced, driver didn't know how to shift, and finally- now there is a big ding in my windshield. When I called the company about my windshield, he said I was crazy to think it was their fault and then hung up on me. I was just calling to see what action needed to be taken??

My car overheated today and I needed it to be towed. Tony S. was my driver and he was the nicest guy. He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He arrived within the time I was given and I had no issues. Thanks Tony! Highly recommend!

Slid in the ice and snow and ended up partially in a creek. My insurance company contacted Brownsburg Towing. I was close to rolling and only had 2 tires even touching the ground. I was worried I couldn't be pulled out without causing damage to my truck. The tow truck showed up exactly on time. The driver was very professional and had me out in less than 5 mins with no damage to my truck. Amazing company. I'll never use anyone else.

2 HOURS AFTER the time mentioned I'd have the truck show up, I call BT business back to see where my truck is. The guy who answers the phone says he forgot about me and would have someone here in an hour. I called a reputable place in town, had my van picked up in 15 mins, then called BT back AS A COURTESY to let them know their services were no longer needed. THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME! Only giving one star since zero isn't an option for a class act.

My road service sent the nicest tow truck driver!!! My niece and I were stranded with an overheated car at a rest stop in Lebanon, Indiana. Matt was the driver that was sent out and he was very helpful indeed. He towed us to our destination and told me what I should do to get help for my car and directions how to get there. He was very polite and courteous and since the weather was over 100 degrees, I feel that he may have saved our lives by being so quick to come to our aid. Thanks Matt, we really appreciate what you did for us!!
