I called Texas Electronics this morning because I was having issues with my Visio 3D Television. The gentlemen that I talked with was able to trouble shoot me through the problem over the phone. I must admit, I did not expect this kind of response. I fully expected that they would have to come out and stick me with an extremely high bill to regain the picture quality that we had lost. I strongly encourage anyone with Television problems to contact these guys. Outstanding performance, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Texas Electronics

This is the best customer service i ever have. They offer me 18 months warranty parts and labor. They have only original parts and i don't like to use chip parts. We recommend this for everybody who want a good service in their televisions. Call them.
