IF YOU HAVE RATS DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS EXTERMINATION ‘COMPANY’!
Best pest control more like worst, they do a consultation to talk about what areas the rats might be in blah blah blah they put on a smile and open their palms wide to TAKE YOUR MONEY.... $250 for ONE RAT.
The money is not the problem because I have no issue paying good money for good service but then only 1 ‘exterminator’ came out and set out only 2 traps .. normal rat traps u can buy at Walmart by the way. NO RAT WAS EVER CAUGHT and I am not being given any warranty, refund, or exchange of service.
This place sucks honestly don’t waste your money.
Tony, is the same guy that takes your money while sitting on your couch during the consultation and at the same time he is also the ‘manager’ is rude and will use offensive words over the phone with you even if you are being nice and civilized to him because he thinks he’s a know it all and I know he is money hungry.
Have been using Chet's Pest Control for several years now. My original problem was ghost ants travelling from one end of the house to the other. Thanks to Frank and Chet's the ants are no longer an issue. He is always prompt for each visit and can be relied on to solve my pest control concerns.
We have been using Chet's Pest control for two years to control carpenter ants. Our yard is a jungle and while we love the lush foliage, so do the ants. Andrew Munoz is our tech. He shows up on time, listens to what we have observed, and most importantly treats the bugs. We have recommended Chet's and Andrew to our neighbors.
Previous to having Chet's Pest control, I was seeing roaches every other day. Since Danny Gibble came and applied treatment to my home I've seen close to none. I'm very, very impressed with the service. I thought I was going to be overrun by these pests!!
I have been using Chet's since I moved into my house in 2011, having "inherited" them from the previous owner. In all the time I have been living here Eduardo has been here every two months for regular treament and anytime I have had a problem with pests and requested additional service, he has shown up promptly within a couple of days to re-treat my home. The work has always been done quickly, efficiently and many times I don't even know he's been here until he is leaving.
