Terrible customer service. After 5 years of using this company they were curt and condescending I actually hung up during the young ladies dissertation on my errors that caused my issues, she not once offered to help resolve the issue.

They are very helpful and friendly.The staff is always helpful and have all the answers to our questions and their rates are the best in the area.

Great staff! I was in a panic to find homeowners insurance after my original copy tried to overprice me at the last minute before closing. I called Sherzer and they dropped everything to help me in a time of panic for me. The were able to come in at an awesome rate and save the day! I am now considering them for auto as well. They really impressed me! I will recommend to everyone I can!

Emily was very helpful with my auto rate. She compared my existing policy with their other companies and got me a cheaper payment. She always returned my calls which I greatly appreciate! I will call definitely call her when my homeowners comes up for renewal.
