Aspen Dental

Scam. Rip. Suspicious behavior and service with surprise billing. I was treated poorly and badly more than once at this location. I believe the dentist is part of a group of dentists who share important information about patients such as financial success which boosts their prices for service such as dentures. I am not happy with the dentures and professional attention to making them nicer. The staff is great on its' own or they have a procedure that is supposed to be used to inform that is gone around by the dentist. Aspen Dental as a corporation is kind and has good intentions and their full dentures look nice and ought to do well given a dentist who is a dentist and one interested in full denture troubles.

My main complaint is that they will not work with you at all to make scheduling convenient for you. I have a son in college, and he is only home for a short while every once in awhile, so I would like to be able to schedule a check up and cleaning for him on the same day. They will not do this, they always tell me that he initially has to be seen first and then they will schedule a cleaning. I have pleaded with them to make an exception to do them both in the same day because we do not have that many days when he's home to schedule a second time. They will not make any exception. This is just ridiculous! I told them that if they can't make an exception than my family will have to go elsewhere. Didn't even phase them, guess they have all the patients they need. Bad Customer Service!

The staff is great! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I am very pleased with my partial plates, the main dental assistant Amanda spent a lot of time with me fine detailing everything. Also the lab technician Lance was very thorough. The prices are a bit high but it was worth it for the custom service I received. Thanks again Marion, IL Aspen Dental!

I hated going to the dentist, don't do well with xrays or sitting in a chair with needles coming in and out if my mouth. I had a great experience at Aspen. Gal who did my xrays was dine in about 5 minutes and i didn't have any pain or gagging and the doctor was very laid back and quick. Pulled my tooth in about 5 minutes as well. I will definantly return, great staff overall!

If it was an option, I would give them no stars. I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled immediately (I couldn't sleep or eat). When I called to make the appointment I specifically said I needed a tooth pulled and the woman on the phone said that would be no problem at all. They got me in the next day. I came in, had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, and then they finally called my name. I went back and sat in the chair, and the dentist (Dr. Malik) took a look inside my mouth for 30 seconds and said they don't do extractions there and that I should put a warm wash cloth on my face and it should be fine. He referred me to another dentist (who by the way was booked until 3 months later) and told me my tooth was infected and that I should go see another dentist to figure out what antibiotics I needed. I don't know how he was able to even come to that conclusion considering I was in his chair less than a full minute before he sent me home. So I waited 30 minutes for him to tell me information I could have googled and did not help me one bit. I saw another dentist the next day and they not only pulled the tooth and helped me immediately, but they also informed me I had NO INFECTION and I would have been taking antibiotics for no reason. Not only that, his staff was short with me and very unfriendly. Unless you want to waste your time and continue to be in pain/ get wrong information from your dentist and possibly take unnessary medication, I would avoid Aspen Dental, (specifically Dr. Malik) at all costs.

This is a very luxurious office, clean and staff was very caring and accommodating for my needs. The doctor usually cannot see you every visit, but the Nurses are outstanding. Special thank you to Amanda for taking so much time out of her day to explain my treatment to me, I was so confused from such a difference of opinion from all the Dentists and had sought out, I feel so informed and aware coming to Aspen Dental.

Great staff at the Marion office! The front desk girl Kyla(sp?) always makes me feel comfortable and knows me by name even after a few visits. Amanda has really listened to any concerns I have had. I appreciate a staff that takes the time to make me feel important and wanted. I would hands down recommend this office to my friends and family.

I am very pleased with my dentures I had made at Aspen Dental. I enjoy the company of the staff and can honestly say now that I have finished all my treatment and have the final product I will miss visiting the office every few weeks. Thank you Amanda for taking such good care of me and accommodating for me through all my visits. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Fantastic staff!

I had a great experience, Amanda was great taking my X-rays and the Doctor was very thorough in explaining my treatment. I would recommend Aspen to anyone!

Stacey was great, 1st hygienist I've ever had who didn't hurt my gums. She listened to what I needed.

I had a great experience at aspen, Dr. C was the most personable doctor I have ever me. Even though doctor made a mess of me while taking impressions, the nurses Tamara and Amanda took good care of me from cleaning my face up to walking me all the way out to the waiting room. They even made sure I had a ride coming and scheduled my appointments and even wrote it down on my calendar for me. Such caring young ladies! I can honestly say the dentist WAS the most fun I had that day as Dr. C humorously said it would be on the way in!
