just wanted to say i am happy to have found you through a google search/superpages.com. the lady was friendly on the phone and i will no doubt be visiting there as soon as i get to town!!

I have been taking my children here for years for their dance shoes, leotards, tights, etc, and always get the best help and products when I shop at artistic. Ive tried going to a couple other places and ordering online and it was a disaster, will never do that again! Definately recommend

No respect for their clients...how theystay in business and treat people so poorly is a mystery. I highly encourage you to take your business somewhere else.

I too had a run in with the manager and the owner. I tried to exchange a costume I had bought that was missing pieces. I was told I could pick another costume of equal value or keep what I had. I looked but the options were slim since the holiday is just days away. I asked for a refund but was told all sales were final. I was treated like I was lying. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I asked to speak with whoever was in charge. The women who had been helping me identified herself as the manager and said she would get the owner. The owner was loud and rude. She spoke to be like I was trying to steal from her. She of course was not going to refund my money. I was so embarrassed that I just left. I will never ever go back to that store. I plan to tell everyone I know what happened. My girls are both in dancers so I will be passing the word around there too. If you plan to go this store remember that every sale is final.

She got right in his face and yelled at him and my other son. He burst into tears. I asked her if I could talk to the manager and she smiled and informed me she was the manager. I can assure you I will never return to that store.

Artistic is a great place to shop and has everything a dancer could possibly want or need. I have been shopping there since I was a dance major at Towson University. The prices are fair (especially for a small family-owned small business) and they definitely have the best selection around. You can't beat Harriet for pointe shoe fittings. My husband and I have also purchased Halloween costumes from there and have been really happy with them. They have almost anything you can imagine...perfect for Halloween.

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING AT THIS STORE. I'VE BEEN SHOPPING HERESINCE I WAS A KID AND NOW MY KIDS SHOP WITH THIER KIDS. I WOULDN'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. I CAN'T STAND THOSE TEMPORARY HALLOWEEN STORES THAT OPEN UP JUST FOR ONE OR TWO MONTHS. THEY DON'T HAVE THE QUALITY AND SELECTION THAT ARTISTIC HAS. I LIKE SHOPPING WHERE THEY STILL GIVE YOU GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE STAFF IS REALLY KNOWLEDGEBLE AND THE OWNERS ARE ALWAYS THEIR TO HELP EVERYONE. AND TALK ABOUT COMING UP WITH CREATIVE IDEAS. I DON'TKNOW HOW THEY DO IT.. IT'S REALLY AMAZING..THAT'S WHY I KEEP COMONG BACK..
