Heat Pump Installation/Replacement
A heat pump is a bit of a misnomer. It not only heats your home but doubles as an air conditioner as well. It even dehumidifies. Garner is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and can ensure your home has a professional heat pump installation and trusted products.
Heat Pump Service/Repair
Performed semiannual heat pump maintenance on one heat pump heating system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Verified everything was operating within the manufactureâ€™s specifications for operation. All Stage 3 Breathe Easy lights are on and operational during the time of visit.
Furnace Service/Repair
Performed furnace maintenance. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. Air handler and blower wheel are dirty. Mold/mildew was found inside the air handler. Blower motor capacitor is below value and failing. No other major issues were found. Drain line cleared and treated. Condenser coil cleaned. Options for repair were presented to the customer and they chose to have the capacitor replaced today for the blower motor. Other repairs were declined by the customer due to age of the system. Repair was completed. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure. Please see attached checklist for full tune-up details.

Duct Work
Garner responded same day that me HVAC system failed. Since it was 17 years old, it was time to replace it in lieu of repairing it. A new system was installed within 3 days. The ductwork was replaced the following week. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.
