I couldn't seem to make the appointment. The receptionist didn't understand what I was talking about with partial dentures. When I arrive for the appointment the doctor says he can possibly put implants in. The next thing I know the assistant comes with a quote for 7k for a permanent bridge. Then I have this very young immature man come and he is trying to speak with me about insurance which he knows nothing about, then he tries to tell me that I was informed on my last visit to get all of my teeth removed. If I was informed of that then why did I have a temporary partial denture. All I wanted was my permanent partial denture. I ended up walking out. Incompetent staff.

Expected lower rate, as advertised paid in full prior too implant, then paid for additional services not covered by insurance. Once detailed bill received, discovered multiple procedures covered by insurance, billed over allowable amounts. Now out over 60 days and continued to receive a bill for $1054.50 over allowable amount(s). No answer to my detailed challenge to charges.

Superior doctors and staff. I have known one of the dentists for many years, and this lady is hands down one of the best not only in dental skills but in actually caring for the patients she sees. Not your average dentists...they were busy but they were good and cared.

Highly recommend her and the office.
