        Frustrating. Appointment wait time is a minimum of two hours, but normally run closer to three. He does not listen to you at all, interrupts and is generally distant, uncaring and sometimes plain rude. He may be an excellent Pulmonary Specialist, but his attitude and lack of concern for the patient completely void out any of that.
