For me service is as important as quality. Having previously had my car detailed in Indy and been less than impressed, I wanted to try a local company. In my opinion, this area offers limited auto detailing options. So I did some research and decided to go to Top of The Line. First impressions do matter and when I email a company I expect a response within 24 hours. If I do not get one then I move on and don't look back. It's usually a good measure of how much they value their online customers. It took less than 24 hours to receive a reply and I dropped by car off the next day for an exterior detail and headlight restoration. When I picked up my car I was impressed with both the detailing and restoration. Jason, was very accommodating and responded very quickly to my questions. I will absolutely be returning to Top Of The Line in the Fall for another waxing!
