In May 2016 we went to Moores to purchase a number of items that would help our 89 year old mother who was dealing with Parkinsons disease. We purchased a raised toilet seat which carriedi a warranty. After using it for a couple of weeks the screw which is used to tighten the seat wouldn't work. We attempted to return it to Moores and was told they wouldn't take it back because it had been used and wasn't sanitary I cleaned it very well before trying to return it. Unfortunately we had to call the manufacturer in order to get Moores to replace it. Sadly we were looked down apon as if we were criminals when we went back for the new seat. Very strange behavior.

joebob: You do know that medone is urgent care, don't you? No, they don't follow-up on your progress - that's what your GP is for. Everything you said is also true of Emergency Rooms. I've been there lots of times. Just like an ER they may have a harder time diagnosing you if you don't know your own medical history. But it sure beats a long appointment when you know what you need.
