Dr. Stinson is a wonderful dentist. My family has had only good experiences with him.

I have never met a more respectable and honest dentist in my whole life. My experiences are totally different than the ones below. I have been seeing Dr Stinson for SEVERAL YEARS and have been always treated with the utmost respect. I do try to make my appointments on time and do my best to not switch the date. I do understand that he has a practice to run and his time is just as valuable as mine. Whenever I have had trouble, I have been honest and there have been arrangements made that would suit us both. Lets now talk about his dentistry!!! WOW what a GREAT DENTIST!! he stands behind all of his work and explains every step of treatment that is needed. I hate shots, his really don't hurt! I do not know how he does that!! :)....

Please anyone who is considering this dentist. TALK TO THEM!!! they are wonderful caring people! GREAT Dentistry! and VERY VERY HONEST!!!!! I recommend him HIGHLY!!! and am so grateful I found this dentist

My family had been clients of this dentist for 2 years. My son had an appointment that the dentist rescheduled 3 times which ended up being 4 months after the original appt. My son then came down with the flu I called the office and told them he had the flu and was not going to be able to make his appt. the next day. I was told that due to excessive rescheduling I would be billed $80 for the missed appt. I said "he has the flu" and the lady informed me that it was the 4th time the appt was rescheduled and their policy states that there will be an $80 charge. I tried to explained that the other 3 times the that office reschedule she said " there is nothing in that chart about that so there will be an $80 charge." Indeed a few weeks later I received a bill for $80 and was informed that no other member of this family would be seen until it was paid. My other 2 sons had appt. later that month so I called and tried to explain again that I was being billed in error and was told that I was responsible for the $80 so I cancelled the other 2 appt and two weeks later received a bill for $160 so now I owe this unethical dentist $240... I don't think so.... I found another dentist who is honest, professional, very caring and gentle and my 3 sons love him... One of the appt. that was rescheduled by his office I was actually pulling in the parking lot with my son who I took out of school early and I left work early to make this appt. I received a call saying " This is Dr. Stinson office, your sons appt. has been cancelled due to Dr. Stinson deciding to take the day off" and I replied, " I am literally pulling into your parking lot!" she says so sorry " but the dentist is not here he didn't come in today" so they waited til 1pm to tell me this!! Very bad practice!!

My daughter (10 years old) has been a client of Mr. Stinsons for three years now. Recently, I had scheduled a simple teeth cleaning for her, and could not make the appointment due to me just having had surgery on my mouth and was on pain medication, impairing my driving ability. Now, keep in mind, Dr. Stinson's office was notified of this before the appointment was missed. This is the first appointment ever missed and the posted image is the letter I received from him. I can honestly say I have never been treated this way by and dentist or doctor. Needless to say, I would not recommend this tool to anyone.
