Worst store I've had experienced. Paid a loan off and asked my representative if I could get another loan and the manager Billy Austin yelled in front of customers I DON'T THINK SO....Because We had a problem and I called his supervisor a while back. I was humiliated in front of customers and I however paid my loan off. I am looking into my credit rating with them....i will update his practices on a Facebook page. I am going to apply for another loan through them...will let you know how it goes. BEAWARE!

I have always been fairly treated and never hassled. I have received regular increases in my credit. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. If anyone has had bad experiences there, I would guess it to be because they haven't paid on time or the amount owed. My only negative is the high interest rates.
I recieved a threatening letter from them and I am on Social Security. They threatened to sue me, imagine that so now it goes to FTC
SCAM SCAM SCAM . These people tell you a day you have a payment . Then you go pay it and guess what . You were suppose to have been here yesterday . And charge you a crazt finance charge . Beware you have been warned . The woman are nice when you show up but when you have a dispute there true colors come out . I understand they only make 7 bucks an hour but its your job . Only gave a star cause I had to .
I personally would never take out a loan with this company for their interest rates are way too high and there a de toods away too bad! I have had a loan with them now for about a year and have never missed a payment but they are still very rude and all they want is your money and you will never get a smile from anyone there so no I would never recommend this company to anyone!
Not sure why people give this place a bad review. But world finance was there to help when i really needed them. Every whrre else had turned me down except World Finance. Nicely clean store and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Now me and my family are able to keep our power on and have a warm male. THAnk You world Finance
the repo sales side sucks,,i placed offer,,they called back within minutes and said another offer was made at same time,,i went to counter offer ,,they said sorry sold to other bidder,,wow,,bid was closed just like that,,so all in all ,,they took my offer ,to get 2 bids and close the deal ,,to dennis the field rep in Virginia,,buddy from rustburg who got it,oh well ,,,,,in the end the reviews will close this company
