Jennifer Smith (The Nurse Practitioner.) Needs to be fired! She doesn't want you there and does a great job at making you feel like you're bothering her. She needs an attitude adjustment and to be taught some professionalism. When you're sick and don't feel good you don't want someone to make you feel like they have better things to do. Please bring Lindsey back she is amazing! Jennifer if you read this you truly are in the wrong profession
Was expecting to see Dr. Petty and was informed after being taken to the exam room, that he no longer was there. He has evidently retired but there were no notices anywhere about this. The clinic has majorly declined and was a disappointment. Very disorganized. Waited 20 mins just to receive the prescription after the exam and found out after the fact, they no longer are in network after Dr. Petty left.
Dr, Told me he would not treat me unless I stopped smoking. Said it was a waste of his time. My Legs have blockages and he would not correct it. I am glad my cardiologist and heart surgeon did not tell me they would not perform my bypass unless I lost 40 pounds and quit smoking and proved I started walking 2 miles a day. If so I guess I would have died. I thought there was something about cause no harm. Leaving me untreated will certainly cause harm. My body I own it and what I do with it is my choice. Premier Surgical might want to think about the fact that if my legs were repaired and I could walk and not be in pain. This might be what is needed to make me want to do more feel better and then motive me to stop smoking. Not being able to walk more than 5 minutes at a time, not able to get out, might make quitting smoking much harder. Funny they sent me the name of another DR. and his reviews are higher then the DR. I was seeing at Premier.
This company is a fraud. We had so much bad experience with billing dept about over charging and it is not one time accident.
I like this clinic the staff are friendly yet professional. Dr Petty is niceand knowledgahle. This clinic is excellent for ba$ic healthcare needs. The person who said hes a fraud is nuts! Ive been on and off xanax before its not easy but possible and life goes on. I travel from east knoxville to this place so i give them 5 stars!
Horrible experience. An appointment for a physical was made, specifically requested as a PHYSICAL. When I arrived, I was told they don't schedule physicals at that time of the day, so it won't be a physical, but don't worry, it's preventive medicine so its covered. Guess what? I have to pay because they did not bill it as a physical, even though I requested it, and now my insurance will not pay!! Thanks for nothing, Trinity.
My doctor is with Summit but that means nothing. They take all comers and overbook. Expect to sit emergency room hours to be seen.
Coming to this office is the best experience of hospitality I ever get at any facility. The front desk administrative assistance, the therapists, and doctors are personal, warm, considerate, and thorough. Never have I felt like just another client/ patient. I'm spoken to by name, and there is a genuine interest in my health and well-being. Plenty of parking, comfortable environment, very little wait time, and top notch staff makes anyone want to come back and tell their friends about where to really be served. It's a ministry at this Apple Health, and I wouldn't hesitate to make another appointment soon. -Mark L.
Worst healthcare provider I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. NOT a doctor, but rather a Nurse Practitioner. My wife and I went to this provider for separate reasons (physical, cough) at different times and the only thing this "doctor" had to proscribe was to cut milk out of our diets. Apparently, milk is the root of all that ails every patient. After my visit, where I brought a form to the receptionist, the aid, and the nurse and detailed exactly what services I wanted billed, I left and was later billed for services I did not request to the tune of $78. I called them to dispute this, and was condescended to by one of the rudest receptionists I have ever met. She then proceeded to bill my HSA card fraudulently. It took four days of calling (having my calls ignored), then demanding a refund of the fraudulent charges in-person, and then having to talk to the owner-nurse practitioner, informing her that I had filed the charges with my HSA company as fraudulent for them to refund the sum from my card, but they issued a paper bill instead. In considering a small claims court suit, I was looking in my files for the very form that this business ignored. There, I found confidential medical information of ANOTHER patient about a Cervical procedure that the office had faxed to me from a previous visit, accidentally. This is a clear violation of HIPAA. This is by far the most unethical "medical" service provider in Knoxville. Stay away.
