On 11/3/17, they knocked on our door and there were three people at least, one remained in the Black Toyota Sequoia as the two reps offered a free bag of Tide Pods if they could come into our home to demonstrate their product. They said it would only take a few minutes, then only the one rep stayed and the other two left in the Black Sequoia. Two and 1/2 hours later, I signed the contract just to get him to leave. They took our vacuum cleaner when they left after being asked not to take our Bissell Cleanview. The very next morning (Saturday) J.C. called to come back to 'demo' the shampooer for the Kirby. I told him that we had agreed that it was a bad decision and that we had Fedex'ed the cancellation paperwork per the 'three day cancellation rule'. Within one hour they were back at the driveway picking up the Kirby, did not bring our Bissell Cleanview back, and told us that 'we' had to call the finance company to cancel the finance contract. We called and had it cancelled immediately. I have called twice to have the Bissell Cleanview returned and the 'receptionist' keeps saying they will have it returned. Monday 11-20-2017 is the 10th business day after the cancellation, and if I don't get my Bissell Cleanview back by the end of business day 11-20-2017, I may be forced to seek legal advice for theft, breach of contract and duress from this ordeal.

Applied and was interviewed for a receptionist position. The man, David, called me the next day and invited me to come in for "orientation." He LIED!! It was a door to door sales position.
