Im a woman who was visiting from out of state March 2017. I had a serious front end issue with my V-70 station wagon. Chris got me in right away. His price was very reasonable. The work he did was high quality. He is very easy to talk to and a straight shooter. I would highly recommend this business.
BEWARE!! This place will sell you non working parts with NO money back. They will only give you a 30 day store credit. I knew better than to buy a moving part from this place. Their prices are HIGH for JUNK. you will be much better off going to the part store and buying your parts with a warranty. Avoid this place at all cost.
I was trying to find a decent rim for my car, and the dealership recommended that I contact these people. I drove an hour and a half for the rim, paid almost 100$ for it. The sales guy was rude and acted put out to be there, and before the other guy loaded the rim in my car, he made a crack about it being warped, yet I was sold a "brand New" item. Sure enough, it was warped. When I took it back, the same guy tried to give me a 5$ refund and was going to get me "another rim" because for "some reason it looks like its already been returned, but it was New". I finally got my a full refund and left. DON'T GO HERE if you value your vehicle.
The sales rep hung up on me. According to the sales rep, "I do this everyday" and he thinks that he is unable to ship airbags via ground.

workers are cutting parts off cars BEFORE they hit the lot. woman working there lied to me about it to my face. Bad attitude, liar, I will NEVER go back! I wish I could give a minus 5 star review. before you say the cars I am referring to are in the employee area just before they get crushed? WRONG. I am referring to the cars on the lot. I drove 6 hours round trip to the one in knoxville as they said they had a bunch of my parts cars on the lot. every one was missing the front half of the exhaust. When I asked the woman inside about it, she said they dont cut them off. I left and decided to try once more. 2 days later I got there as cars were going on the lot (another 6 hour round trip). Guess what? the front half of the exhaust was freshly cut off them as well. Liars, and bad attitudes, as well as bad business practices do not make for repeat business. I will tell EVERYONE I know to go elsewhere.

I have recently completed a service episode that has run over a period of about 9 months. The first 2 places that I looked at my truck basically told me either to just drive it with the bad rear end or that it would need to be rebuilt for $1400 plus. Barry and crew spent some time, tried some fixes, diagnosed the problem and then FIXED it for a lot less than I expected. From now on, I will bring my vehicles to Chapman first and I would recommend to anyone that they do the same!
