I cannot say enough about this company. They have been, hands down, the best company that we have had in our home since moving to TN in 2012. They do quality work and care about their customers concerns. Zac, the owner, could not be nicer and always puts his customers first. We have used Exact Tile twice, both for repairs to tile that was installed by our homebuilder. The first repair was for our kitchen floor. The grout had cracked completely through the entire kitchen from one side to the other. Chuck, our tech, was (and still is) amazing. Our entire kitchen floor had to be removed and reinforced before re-tiling and re-grouting. He had our kitchen floor repaired properly in no time and his work looked better than the original install. The second time we used Exact Tile was just earlier this week. Several of our glass subway tiles on our kitchen backsplash had cracked (we do not know why). Our house is currently for sale and we needed the backsplash repaired quickly as we have had agents showing our home. Chuck came out on Wednesday, replaced the broken tiles, and grouted yesterday. We didn't have to wait but a couple of days before our tile was repaired. We did not even have an appointment. My husband spoke with Zac Tuesday evening and Chuck was out the next day. As long as we are in Knoxville, TN, we will always use this company. Hopefully the next time won't be for any repairs and may be for upgrading our bathrooms!

Tile creations met with us promptly and listened to our ideas for the master bathroom remodel. We came up with a plan and it was followed explicitly. There was a great amount of care placed on keeping out home clean and protecting all of our finished floors and walls. The Shower remodel as well as the bathroom floor was completed with excellent craftsmanship and matching customer service. I can't wait to have them back to remodel our kitchen.

Tile Creations installed a beautiful backsplash in my home in Tellico Village. They were punctual and really made an effort to minimize the impact the remodel had on our daily lives.
