My dad and I went to get food for my family and told this guy we had 4 sandwiches. He just got done cashing someone else out and put on new gloves without washing his hands. He asked us what kind of sandwiches they were and my dad didn't hear him. Dad apologized for not being able to hear well and the said it must be selective hearing. Dad said no it is real hearing loss. They guy said oh, well I can't read your mind on what sandwiches you need. He made our sandwiches and dad wanted his bacon toasted not the whole sandwich. Dad then said his store in SC has a microwave and the guy said we no we haven't had one in a long time. He completed our food and cut each sandwich without cleaning the knife which is cross contamination. We finally cashed out and the guy said nothing to us besides the amount... no thanks, good bye, have a great night... nothing. This is horrible service and please beware if there is a guy with skeleton tats on his hands! He didn't wash them!
Good Food but Closed down Now. Have been going to this place as long as i can remember now its gone.
Was at this business last night around 10:15, 5/17/17. I ordered the crunchy chicken quesadilla. What the spice or spices were on this item actually burnt my tongue. This morning ,5/18/17, the right side of my tongue was red, continuing down the middle to the back and very sensitive. Have eaten at Taco Bell many times over the years and never had this happen. Would simply like to know what this spice was so not to order any items with this again.
My food was wrong, took it back and they got it wrong again. Got home and my drinks were still wrong. Called to complain and phone rang and rang with no answer. Won't be back.
I never give bad reviews, but today I was treated like a thief. Several weeks ago I bought a large order from this Chick-fil-A. When we arrived at our friends house with food for everyone we discovered they left out a chicken wrap. We kept the receipt in hopes that they would make things right. So today we got around to going back to this store, it turns out that the receipt was too faded for them to help us. So they said "We are not going to honor this without proof of purchase." When I bought the food anyways, I look at the new receipt and it was already so faded you couldn't even read it. I asked how they could expect me to be responsible for keeping my receipt when you can't even read it in the first place. The young lady responded to me, "that's something we are working on."Then they told me, "have a good day!" Without giving me all of my food, yet again.Chick-fil-a has great processes and customer service, but this one on Clinton Highway needs some training.
Clean, fast and friendly service, other customers have been respectful in kids play area. Play area is for Kids 4-10years of age.
Hamburger was not to my liking. The hamburger was pre-cooked, dried out and tasteless. I will not return to this eatery, there are numerous hamburger restaurants in the area that offer a much better product. Not to name one directly across the road from this Cook Out!
HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE this place sucks I would never come back to it ever again and it made me wait in line for like 30 minutes and they got my order wrong my order so I came through and she's taking forever just taking forever yeah
This restaurant has a very screwed up way to treat the employees the think management can cuss and want to fight the young high school kids! The district manager takes management side on thinking this is all great!!! McDonalds must be a very different kind of business because management isn't supposed to cuss workers and want to fight them but just saying this is one sorry place!
Service is very slow not friendly. Had to wait for someone to take my order in the drive though for about 5min. Then the girl had no idea how to make change. They are just very badly trained. Will not go back
