This is the worst company for respiratory supplies. My baby is very medically fragile. We have had to fight for equipment to keep him alive. They recommended to the insurance to deny my son a second vent. However, when we thought we had a problem with only one we had they refused to come check and even called my son's nurse a lair. They refuse to overnight a vent heater that my son desperately needs to stay healthy and ALIVE. We shouldn't have to spend a week in the hospital so he can get the proper humidity. They have not sent doctors orders to insurance for approval, because they said they'd be denied. When questioned by the ins case manager the answers changed. They have not sent out things ins has approved until we are forced to have the ins company call them wanting to know where the equipment is. Yolanda and Brittany threatened to have someone come and take my son's only vent when we had to get loud in order to advocate for my son's life. These women in the office have zero compassion for anyone. It's almost like they are playing with my child's life because we've called them out and also gotten the insurance company involved. Unfortunately, the way these companies and insurance are we cannot switch to another company. I've never heard a good word about this company from anyone I've met that uses them. The insurance nurse that comes twice a year even said she'd never heard any positives about this company.
Friendly, knowledgeable -- I took my RX to Mediserve Medical on Henson Road. There they fitted me to the unit color of my choice, they put the Rollator together and I Rollated to my car and put it in and brought it home. This is the easiest Medical Equipment I have ever worked with. I was unaware this place even existed. I knew I did not want to work with Apria (way too complicated) so I gave Mediserve a try, and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful a medical equipment company could be.
I wouldn't buy from this company, I'd spend your money elsewhere. They go through employees like we go through toilet paper. What does that tell you ?

I don't need to repeat what has been said already. But yes, not one phone call or email returned, product missing and what did arrive is horrible quality. As a business owner, I can't believe that anyone would run their business this poorly.IMPORTANT: If you paid by Visa (not sure about other credit cards) you can call them and they will take the charge off your statement. This may be the only way of getting your money back.It's too bad, they had potential to be a great company. We run a professional photography studio and were really promoting their product to our customers.
This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy in Knoxville. If you plan on going through the drive thru, you better give yourself about an hour to do so. Instead of discouraging drop offs from waiting for their prescriptions in line, they let them wait which at times has taken up to 1/2 an hour. If you are only going to make 1 lane available then it needs to be drop offs (no waiting) and pick ups only. You suck!
I wish I could give the company no stars, because in my opinion, they don't even deserve one!! Every review on here is 100% correct. Only difference is, I never got to speak to anyone or even get a generic email response. I've heard from no one at all, including if my order is ever going to ship. I love giving my money away for nothing (complete sarcastic statement)!!
There is a reason that this company chooses to use Groupon. They are very expensive and as every other reviewer has stated, they DO NOT follow any sort of reliable production time or shipment schedule. I also ordered an item on November 12th and my item shipped last night December 22nd at 7:30 pm with an anticipated delivery date of 12/26. . . perfectly WORST time for a Christmas present to arrive. I have contacted customer service three times and only received a response to the first which stated that I could check my status on the website among other generic information. I have been irritated by the amount of emails I have gotten from the company for the entire month of December with Christmas specials and guaranteed delivery promises which simply cannot be true. I will never do business with this company again even though I purchased multiple Groupon deals for them. The shipping alone amounted to more than I spent on the Groupon and there is no guarantee of whether you will actually receive the product. I am also unhappy to read below that it may not even be printed correctly "the first two times". . . very discouraging for those who want to support a semi local business instead of the mega companies like Shutterfly and Snapfish.
