we were not very happy with our visit to regal thearter. we wanted three seats together but as we were waiting at the ticket booth the one seat got sold so that meant that one person would have had to sit else where, because they claimed that all the other seats were sold already because they have assigned seats and some one had already bought it. And then they ran out of paper while we were waiting so that caused another problem. So we were given seats in the row B area but my daughter can not sit so close to the screen due to neck problems so she walked out. so I went to talk to someone and said a seat was available back further. So she did sit there. Bu I saw there were seats empty that that we all could have sat at. said something at the end of the movie and was told that some p eople bought tickets in advance but didn't show up . so what is this with assigned seating. It is not necessary and stupid. I will not be going to any regal theatre from now on.

They are affordable but how much does their cleaning service cost? Zero. Get those hung over college students some overtime and have them clean the place thoroughly.....the smells! Disqusting to sit in seata. Seriously thinking about lining my seat with plastic bag.
i wish that they had more movies out and a lot of a cleaner place then they would get more people in the theater
Saw Celebration Day at the Edwards Long Beach Stadium 26. The film was as perfect as I hoped for as far as performance. The theatre it was shown in was one of their smaller ones and the sound was horrible. The crowd kept yelling-louder. 3 individuals went to management to complain. It did not improve. The band had 2 encores. The last 10 SECONDS of the SECOND encore is when, finally, that perfect beautiful sound came up to the volume we all were starving for. At least 1/2 of the audience went righ to customer service (including me) to complain. The woman behind the desk, begrudgingly gave us comps and complained the terrible sound was not their fault and they should not have to comp us. Is this a service/entertainment industry or not? Do you charge people a premium fee for a small auditorium with terrible sound and then blame anyone except yourself? How do you honestly expect to ge repeat customers from this kind of service? I will absolutely take my comped ticket to a different location and remember this experience in the future and also tell all my friends about it. I will avoid this really large, convienent location due to its horrible lack of customer service and movie enjoyment.
This theater is huge with several movies to choose from. Aside from the price, which is high, I rate this theater very good.
