Best pizza south of Manhattan!
Horrible Customer Service!!!I have been a regular customer of Pizza Plus for years, using their delivery and pickup.This evening we called in a delivery order and after 45 minutes I called back and was told that the driver was in Mascot and we were next in line ( were located on the line of mascot and AJ hwy) ..after waiting another 20 minutes I called back and was told the driver was on her way back from mascot to the store to PICK UP OUR ORDER ! The person on the phone was the same person that I had spoken to the first time. I told him it had been an hour and that the delivery driver was HEADING BACK TO THE STORE? to pick up our order?? He said that they had just taken it out of the oven, I said what? its not with the delivery driver?? he said "you want it to be cold?"?? I was irate.I asked him for an apology for being smart mouthed with me and he told he "WHY?" I told him because of his " you want it to be cold" comment and he said I wasnt understanding how it worked..I asked for a manager to speak and he would not allow me to speak to a manager. I told him to CANCEL MY ORDER and hung up...I WILL NEVER do any business with them again. I would think with domino's and papa johns down the road from them that they would appreciate my business.They just lost a valued customer.
First try? No worries - staff loves helping you pick out whatever fresh,delicious, topping you want for your custom-made pizza! And one of the men even shared the good news of the arrival of a new baby daughter !! It's a fast food restaurant, but it feels so welcome because of the staff.And of course, the pizza is Fresh and Delicious.
Do NOT buy or consign with this company!! He took our pizza ovens in on consignment and never paid us for our ovens after admitting he resold them!!! Poor business!!
I went there on their opening day April 20th. Great owners, fantastic food true authentic Brooklyn Pizza. I'm so glad that Wise Guys are in my neighborhood. Their recipes are handed down family recipes from the owner's great uncle dating back to 1927. This food is truly amazing!
I've been by twice and it's been closed even though it is during the listed business hours. Please update the times on your doors
Well i saw the advertisement on tv bout the new pizza went to location on magnolia wrong move they were out so got the three meats and wrong again ,it was more like one meats and a quarter so i call and spoke with the associate and everything seem to be professionally taking cared of until the manager pick up ,he suggested i get back in my car and bring the pizza back . Like r u serious?! I stay in the forth and gill area on my way home i pass that location so why not,well the manager said not to eat the pizza and bring it (the pizza)back and be refunded and said that i never came through there tonight ,slap me in my mouth . I was told to not eat and if i wanted justice i had to bring the box back full,now explain this to me did i do something wrong?
I really wanted to "like" this location and have ordered many pizzas since they opened, but they have gone so far downhillthat I cannot reconcile the food quality with the hassle of ordering from them.The last 6 orders I placed were a good representation of what I mean. Two orders were supposed to be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. No Problem, until you show up in 45 minutes to find the order is not even started and you're waiting another hour to get it. This chain offers a special from time to time on Groupon to purchase $10.00 Marcos bucks at a discount. They offered this quite a while back and when you place an order for less than the stated $10.00 value, they would scratch the 10.00 out, write in the balance and initial so you go the full value of your coupon. On two of my recent orders, we presented the $10.00 coupon and were told that the "balance would be placed on our account". Only to be told on next order that there is nothing in our account. Not sure if this is a new company policy or a dis-honest employee, but in my mind this is stealing. On another order, the pizza was made incorrectly, and the manager Steve, said...drum-roll please...that he would place credit "in our account" to make up for the error. Yep, the same non-existent account. He also suggested that in order to get your pizza close to on-time, that you don't use their online ordering system, and don't order on Friday's between 6-8PM. Why don't you just fix the problems with both of these situations?There are 6 other pizza places that deliver to my address. I will see how their service is, as Marco's has gone way downhill.
Delicious. Haven't been to pizza hut in a while but really impressed with their garlic parmesan wings and their pizza of course yummy! I definitely suggest the 5 dollar deal
I drive 10 miles going past other pizza places to eat at Bella's. Love the buffet! Minimum salad bar. But fresh pizza of variety of toppings. Tasty baked pasta dishes. Minimum desert offerings. GREAT VALUE WITH PERSONAL SERVICE
