I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my life. I am a college educated professional and the male nurse and Dr. Choo both talked very down to me. The male nurse even used a curse work at one point. I am going to file a formal complaint against both Dr. Choo and the nurse. I was harassed by both of them.

They didn't help my wife. They said we know you're in pain but don't know how much. Never helped her
The staff is wonderful and very professional. The facility has a great environment, and everyone is very helpful.
Dr. Choo was excellent with my lower back pain issues. Serious pain for over 4 years and I was looking for alternative. He talked to me straight, informed of pros and cons so I could make sound decisions. He is very mindful of TN pain meds regulations. I was looking for injections to reduce or enhance current pill regiment so I could continue to work. I will see him again.
A great staff in doctors that actually seem to care about your medical conditions and do everything in their power to find you proper treatment whether it be medication injections or referrals to other doctors to do procedures such as epidurals. I couldn't ask for better care that I'm getting at this location
Dr. Chop is a poor excuse of a Doctor. I have had lower back pain for 27yrs and just been on pain meds for about a year when I was referred to him. The first thing he did was tell me he was not writing me any pain medication, to take NSAID's. To which I replied they don't work anymore and haven't for a while. I was told oh well. I have never been treated this badly ever by a true Dr. I had to go through withdrawals having been on the pain medication for a year and the orthopedic surgeon that referred me wouldn't write a script for me. This man should not be practicing as Doctor, he is a quack!!!!
Dr Choo has some real issues in certain area that do not apply to pain management. He was my pain mgmt doctor for over 3 years and discharged me from their services not for anything to do regarding ANYTHING pertaining to their rules and regs. It was a health matter that is genetic and he was uncomfortable with it so when I had to have surgery for a torn rotator cuff that was diagnosed by a specialist, he discharged me the next day due to circumstances that are beyond my control. The staff, whom I normally saw were very nice, but I would certainly go with Dr /Browder if you choose to try this office.
Absolutely the best ran doctors office with the skill set to match. Feel safe with the expertise and safe practices that are in place. Have had an increase in the quality of life since coming.
This is a great Chronic pain center. They have caring physicians & friendly staff, that are willing to serve clients pain management needs. + they have several alternative treatments that are included. :)
NEVER GO HERE! I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I called, told them I had no insurance and was a cash patient. They wanted to see my records from my orthopedic Dr., which made me feel good and made them seem legit. I have had 5 disc surgeries and one spinal stenosis surgery, I'm just trying to get to the point to where I can function and work, not looking to get messed up. One of their Dr.'s reviewed my records agreed to see me and scheduled an appointment. 4 days before the appointment they called and cancelled it and said the Dr that reviewed my files and agreed to see me was not the one Dr. who takes cash patients and that Dr. Marcia Jacobs is the only one who takes cash patients and she refused to see me and wouldn't give a reason why. This is unprofessional and uncaring for people in serious pain who cannot work due to their injuries without medication and therefor don't have insurance. She must be in it for the money, because she obviously does not care about people in serious pain. She should choose a new specialty.
