READ THIS B4 YOU BUY A CELL PHONE FROM HERE!ok, I bought an IPhone SE on the cyber Monday sale that made it $10 a month. They sold me a defective phone & I brought it back Friday to exchange it. They said they can't exchange it & keep my current $10 promotion?! So basically if you exchange a phone you loose your (billing) promotion you signed up for & have to pay whatever the sale is that day! Is that not the dumbest thing you have ever heard?! I can't find that small print anywhere on their website nor was I told this! Insane! I won't be buying anything else from best buy ever again.

After ordering a roll of 1000' of fiber optic cable I was surprised when given the bill for an extra $260 for shipping. The most disturbing thing is that after confronting the employee who placed the order he told me that he "thought I knew" even though he neither informed me of the cost upfront nor gave me any other options for shipping. When faced with the opportunity to remedy the mistake they chose the loss of a customer rather than even apologize.Bad business. Bad customer service. Bad attitude.
Had one of the best experiences at the Apple Store...great customer service!!!! It takes patience to work with people on computers and our tech was patient and spent some quality time with us. 5 Stars!!!
Big rip off! Took a tv in a month ago. He said it was the power supply. Took tv back again to get it replaced. He said it was something else and too expensive to be worth fixing. We are out $35.00 twice. I would give a half star if possible.
they had my tv for over two months and kept making excuses and just always needed just one more week because they were waiting on a part. They finally said they could not get the part for a two year old TV the last time I called. Going to go pick it up and take it to someone more reputable.
DO not use this person. They are using our number. Dailey Resources INC and we are not them.
Their staff needs training in product knowledge, customer service and warranty claims.
DON"T EVER TAKE A TV TO THIS GUY BIG RIP OFF !!!!! CHARGED over $400 to replace a bulb in a rear projection TV. I took it to another shop and the bulb was not even in the machine!!!! Then Wanted to charge me another 1200.00 for a board...
