I have been a returning customer for 8 years, as almost everything in my home has been furnished from there & each experience I was greeted as soon as I walked in & treated with respect, tyhey went out of their way to help me. As ALWAYS I was happy with the quality, price & delivery also EVERYTIME! I will continue to use them.

The General Manager of Sofa's ...

The General Manager of Sofas and more leaves a 5 star review to contradict another reviewers comments. So much for honest reviews. Closest shop to my house, but because of this I will look elsewhere. Sad



Update- After reading all the reviews and a second one that has a contradiction to another 1 star review from a RANDOM customer that wants nothing but the best for Sofa's and more, they all look fake. It's funny how the person who thinks so highly on reviews and has to go to the store to find out what the real story is, has never left another review besides this one to Sofas and more. I wouldn't trust this business at all.

I am the GM at Sofas & More. We are a family owned business that has been serving the Knoxville area with Quality home furnishings and mattresses for the last 17 years. This family purchased a quality brand of motion furniture on Jan 18, 2011. We received a work order for repair on May 18, 2011. We repaired the furniture mechanisms and seats on her sectional to brand new condition in her home. In Sep 2011 we again get a service order for repair on the same sectional. When the husband called he spoke with the customer service representative and the call was interuptted. When he called back he agreed that it was not anyone's fault. We would never hang up on a customer for any reason. The following week we sent out a crew to take photos of the unit to send to the manufacturer because all warranties on furniture are from the manufacturer and not the retailer. That is the same no matter which retailer you choose to purchase from, but we always try to go above and beyond for all of our customers. We do not process refunds after a product has been in a home for a length of time. We have worked with the manufacturer again on this case and they are sending complete replacements for the units. We again are sending a crew to the home to do the repairs. The family did purchase an extended warranty and it was a great purchase because after one year the labor is not included in the manufacturers warranty. We carry an ""A"" rating with the BBB because we appreciate our customers business and want to ensure they have many years of use out of a new purchase. The family did file a claim with the BBB but the bureau did in fact decide we were working hard to do the customer dilligence. I am suprised that the complaint has reached a public forum after we have tried our best to make these customers happy.

JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S IT!!!

When we went to Sofas and more in Jan 2011 we were pleased and purchased a sectional. However, we have had to to have a repair man in our home four times to repair the same thig over and over. I have asked for an exchange/refund wich neither was alllowed. It has not even been a year since the purchase and we are now being told that our warrenty has ran out. WE BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRENTY!! So could someone please explain that one to me. The mgr. hung up on my husband after he told him that our warrenty had ran out. I have filed complaints with the BBB. We are now looking into filling a claim with small claims court. In my oppion when you pay $2400 for a sectional it should last way more than a couple of months. I tell everyoneI
know to not buy from Sofaas and more ! You would be better off buying off of craigslist or the fleamarket!

Saved me $$$$$$$$$

I was so happy I went to Sofas & More. I live in West Knoxville and had shopped all the Turkey Creek Stores. I was told by a friend to try Sofas & More so I drove out to Halls. I found the exact same sofa & loveseat that I had seen for $350 less! They brought it to me the next day! Best Furniture Store in Knoxville!!

Great experience at Sofas & More in Halls. Beautiful store, name brand furniture, lovely accessories. They have a very friendly staff, and great delivery guys. Glad I bought furniture there!

Just for future shoppers-- I checked into this statement. I always shop around before I purchase anything, I get online and read reviews and then go to the stores. I had never heard of Sofas & More until I googled furniture. I read quite a few and this one stayed in my mind, but I still went to the store. I was shopping for a new sofa. I drove to Halls from my home in West Knox. When I went in I was greeted by a very nice lady who was not pushy. I felt very comfortable there. We had coffee while she showed me different sofas in the store. I was only looking for one sofa but I bought a whole living room set for the price I thought I would pay for the sofa. While I was paying I asked about this review. My sales person asked someone there about it and I was informed the review had been on a Special Order product that the store doesnt carry all the time but they had tried to work it out with the customer with no success. The product was a tempurpedic that had a 90 day trial but you have to pay the shipping back to the manufacturer if you don't like it. Apparently this person didn't want to pay the shipping or work anything out because I am very happy with my purchase and definitlely will be going back!

Sofas and More is awful!!!

We went into the store to pickup several items... we spent $2800 there. The sales person did not go over details of the different options available for the product we were purchasing. Also, the return policy is terrible.... store credit only and if you special order something... you pay for the shipping back.. They claimed that ours would have been $250!!!! Then we had a problem with the delivery and tried to sort it out that day, but NO! this problem continued until today (1 month) with no resolution... they got our money.. and we got their damaged goods! They delivered product to us DAMAGED and then wanted us to pay it to ship it back! The manager was not helpful AT ALL! They were not willing to work with us at ALL!!! They just want your money. Don't go there! I don't even want to give this star, but the webiste doesn't have a no-star option. WATCH OUT!!!
