That is pretty good!very good service I think. I will recommend it to my friends if they need such service.

Very disappointed in Sears they did nothing on my service call have had the problem since April and still have the same problem

I'm always satisfied with sears, I shop my appliances from Sears since 43 years I have a warranty and they fix it always to my satisfaction. Inge

The water heater tech we had to wait 3 weeks for said there was nothing he could do, & that if we both want a hot shower, we need to start taking a shower together. We realized several hours after he'd left that he'd also extinguished our pilot light, but left the gas on.
