The service at this location comes with a very bad attitude. On January 31, 2013 at 6:30pm, I asked for some extra embalming fluid for my uncle since he looked a bit deflated t the wake. The rude man at the desk actually threw two packs of it at me as hard as he could and yelled "here you go, sunny!" Then, he laughed like a devil. One of the packs actually came open and made a huge mess all over my Michigan State sweater. I felt as if I had been attacked by this man. When I called the owner after the burial to report this bad behavior, rather than receiving an apology or explanation, I was curtly told that no employee there would do such a thing and that what he thew at me was likely just a box of Sunny Delight. I hope this is true. I love that sweater. But I to wear it again if it has graveyard Fabreze on it.
