Premarital Agreement
Before two people marry, there may be a need to have a Prenuptial Agreement. This Agreement allows a party to protect his assets in the unfortunate event that the parties divorce.
Guardianship
You have a right to decide who will inherit your property, real estate or personal property. Preparing a Last Will and Testament allows you to give your property away, provide a guardianship for your minor children or set up a trust for the benefit of a loved one.
Some time in every individual’s life, the individual will execute a Contract. It may be a Contract to purchase a car or house, agreement to perform certain duties, or an employment Contract. Each person to a Contract has certain rights. Before signing a Contract, the parties need to understand the terms of the Contract. After the Contract is signed, a dispute may arise. The courts help to interpret the Contract and the rights of the parties.
