Metro Communications

Metro Communications is- in terms of quality...the Rolls Royce of two way radio dealer/ service, support, and repair shops in the state of TN. I would even expand this statement to say the entire southeast. More importantly, they give you Rolls Royce results at “Kia” prices. They are locally located, family-owned (state certified woman owned as an added plus) and operated business. Their customer service is absolutely second to none. A couple of other huge deals for us are:

Metro has the one and only truly full-service repair department in Knoxville. They also offer subscription rates for among others- a 24 hour a day , 7 day a week service/ support option.

My husband Mike and I are both employed by very large (globally operating) companies here in East Tennessee and Metro Communications provides comprehensive two way radio service and support for both. Mike was recently approached by a friend of ours at church who explained that he had just been tasked by his own employers to begin planning/ managing the process of overhauling their two way comms system fleet in the near term. We unequivocally said to our friend- go to Metro!
