This is the place to go for an appliance in Knoxville. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good selection to choose from. I have several appliances from there and have never had a problem with any of them.

After a misunderstanding about a microwave repair Mike at Hunley's stepped up to the plate and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I have been dealing with Hunley Turner for several years now and I can tell you that in my opinion, everyone there especially Mike Hamilton is very professional, kind and considerate. They have always strived to make an otherwise awful situation into a pleasant one. I went in to purchase a refrigerator. I told the sales lady I had a 36 inch opening. She sold me a refrigerator that would fit in that space. I used my debit card which is like paying cash. They came out to install it and it did not fit in the opening.I decided I wanted a refund and they kept almost $100 of my money. I do not feel I should've paid for the delivery because she gave me false information

The staff at Hanley Turner was very responsive to my needs of a washer was a very fair price and delivered the next day on time and installed properly

Purchased a washer and dryer price was ok paid extra for the delivery . Guy that deliverd set was friendly and on time . Had problems with washer after first week . I called because they give a 90 day warranty with everything they sell . Guy came out took care of the problem . Next week had problems with the dryer . So I called they sent someone out to pick it up and fix it . It took about a week to have it fixed which was a inconvenience but I did buy used . I have had washer and dryer for 6 months and have had no problems . Customer Service could be alot better but overall we are happy with the washer and dryer purchased .

Have been buying appliances from Hunley Turner for nearly two decades and have never been disappointed. Good, honest people! Very reasonable prices.
