My daughter took her 6 month old kitten to this clinic on Friday. After xrays she was told there was a gi obstruction and without a $2000 surgery that her cat would die. The money being a problem, the kitten was talen to another vet for a 2nd opinion. The xray was clear with no obstruction. No bowel movement was had to remove this obstruction. Blood work amd a barium test was given and antibiotics and Roo is home happy and healthy. I called this clinic to discuss this and was told that no further testing would have been done before continuing with surgery. So not only would this kitten undergo an unnecessary $2000 surgery...she still would have diet without antibiotics. Be aware before allowing surgery on your pet. It looks as if it was just about the money for this clinic.

My daughter seen a dog on Sevier County Humane Society’s web site that had been taken there because the owner had went into a nursing home .... this broke her heart so she adopted this elderly dog and was told that it had arthritis and took one pain pill a day and was otherwise healthy! She took it to get a check and the medication it needed and was charged over $300 then took it back for a follow up and was charged another $300 plus after being told that it would cost $150! Shame on them and I can guarantee they will not get one more penny of her money and I will spread the word! My overall rating would be negative however you had to put one star to write a review!

I have stopped in for information as well as to pick up our dog after he grooming and have always been greeted and my questions answered very well. The staff always check the information before I leave so there is no misunderstanding.

The vet knowingly removed my dog's sutures when the wound had not healed. It has only been 6 days. They prey on people's ignorance. I wish I had googled the proper healing time for stitches because I would have known they weren't ready to be taken out. This clinic cares more about money than the health or well being of your animal.
