Overall

the old woman who works here is such a freaking bureaucrat by the books pain that I will no longer use this location for anything! due to a simple clerical error, where I had misplaced a decimal point, I now have a brand new motorcycle with 41000 miles on it! this means I'm going to lose several thousands of dollars when I try to sell this bike down the road. I asked if I would be allowed to adjust my mistake and I was met with a violent no! she refused to work with me on many levels other than talking to Nashville myself and waiting 6 weeks to have any kind of resolution in which time I would not be allowed to ride the motorcycle, mind you the brand new motorcycle I had just purchase after just getting my license! after speaking with numerous other County Clerk's office is I was able to ascertain that what she had done did not bear any merit! in fact I was told by other County Clerk offices that they would have allowed me to adjust my title provided I sign a simple piece of paper they had in their desk. in short because of this woman who knows how many people who have gone in there and come out dissatisfied because of her. if you live in South Knoxville I urge you to use the County Clerk's office near East Towne mall to avoid complications of a hateful old woman who doesn't want to do any work and just wants to sit and collect the check off the government.
