I would give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ if possible. We have used many of the local chain carpet cleaning companies in Knoxville and our carpets were always left with residual staining. Carr’s got all of the tough stains (2 dogs & 2 cats) out. Our carpet looks amazing! Looks as good as new. Carrs will definitely be the only carpet cleaning company that we will ever use again.

These folks did a great job cleaning my wool Karastan rug. The rug was old and had been in a rental unit kitchen for several years. It had some sticky spots and pink stains of unknown origin. I was amazed that they were completely removed and the colors looked great. The rug came back odor free after having been exposed to cooking fumes and cigarette smoke for years. I highly recommend this service.
