I paid $95 Nov. 2014 took the clock in to have it repaired and serviced. When I finally got it back it "stunk" of oil. It still stopped running within a couple of days. No return phone calls. Next repair shop in Johnson City repaired and replaced 14 bearings that were worn out. Also serviced. It was dry. Hadn't been touched by Carpenters. Stay away from them.

I paid 95.00 for my clock to be cleaned and adjusted and min. hand to be tightened. I do not think the clock was cleaned all I can tell is oil dripping from everything and hand is still loose. Plus I got a scratch on the face that was not there.Very disappointed in the job, wont being going back, this was my first time going there.
