my wife became his client 8 month ago. 2 weeks later she has got letter from his telling her that he hired a new lawer in his firm and she will be working on my wife's case. Since then we have never got any calls from them. If my wife want to check the status of the process she had to call to the secretary for 5 days in a raw listening always the same answer "she is out of the office, she will call you back", "she is at court, she will call you back" and etc and guess what, my wife never got single call back. Actually she got one, on Friday around 10pm. I do not know if we will get any results and when it will happen, but so far I can say that this is definitely not what I expected from them. If my wife have an appointment with them she always have to call day in advance and found out that appointment is actually rescheduled for indefinite day, not secreatry calls my wife and tells her that, but my wife has to call secretary and find it out herself.
