Every time I go to a liquor store in Washington I miss Bobs excellent service and selection from my time in Tennessee. This is a great store with great people ! Love the bow ties!

Overall

I went yesterday 10/11/2014 for the 4th time. The first 3 times I thought the rudeness of the cashier was all in my head. He smiles with every customer, if your black he will treat you like grabage. I mentioned to him how he never smiles and he said said slamming my bottle of wine on the counter " what's your point?". To all this he never greeted me or smiled, acting like he knew me and hated me but I don't know him from a hole in the wall. I took the liberty to let him know how rude he was and that's not how you treat customers, I did ask him if was because I'm black and he rolled his eyes saying "don't give me that". I have never been treated like that before and it made me cry. How can a racist work with the public? He was the tall scruffy looking man working the register by the exit. He should not be working there or with the public. Needles to say I have to much dignity and class to return and be treated like garbage. People, go to Discount Liqour on Cedar Bluff, their Customer Service is awesome.
