All American Tire And Wheel

Over the past few years I have done a lot of business with this particular place because I have larger wheels on my vehicle and they do well with that where other places don't. On my last visit i was very disappointed. I called the store on a Monday to see if they had any tires to fit my vehicle. I needed two for the front. They did. We discussed putting the ones that were presently on the back to the front and the ones I got from them on the back. We settled on a price OVER THE PHONE. When I went in I waited for about and hour to an hour and a half with a 3 year old. They came to get me. Tried to go back up on the price. The owner who is by far the most unprofessional, rude and rude is an understatement spoke to me as if I were a liar. We then finished up. I paid and went to my car. I went to open my door and the door handle was broken. I went back in and said something is wrong, my door handle is broken and they all looked at me in amazement. (Which is fine) They then pulled it back in to look at it. After I stood at the door with my 3 year old showing him the snow to try to take his mind off being there for so long I listen to the owner talk to one of his employees like he was a child. I felt sorry for the guy. He took it good. It was so unprofessional I almost said something but I held my tounge. The owner then proceeds to tell me that it was a "fluke" that my door handle broke while there implying that he shouldn't pay for it. I just shook my head and looked away. MY DOOR WAS FINE WHEN I GOT OUT OF IT!!! My son and I head back to the waiting area for another 45 min or so. They then tell me they have to order the part. It will be a WEEK! I had to go an entire week with crawling through my passenger side. They never called me to tell me it came in, I had to call. I drove down there and sat for approx 25-30 min for them to come tell me I'm ready. When I go to get in my car the door handle is a flat black. NOT EVEN PAINTED!!!! Didn't tell me. When I ask them they tell me they all come that way! When I call the Cadillac dealer I find out differently. They could have easily ordered one from the dealer PAINTED, the way it was when it arrived there for me to spend my money on tires. They then proceed to tell me that they won't pay for it to be painted but "They will SPRAY PAINT IT FOR ME" really?! Who says that?!?!? They basically broke something MAJOR on my car and tried to put and band-aid on it and send me on my way. Bad business. Reguardless if it was a "fluke" or not it happened in your care while I was spending my money at your business and you do your customers this way???? I will never ever do business here again and EVERYONE i can tell will hear my story!!!! This owner is a miserable old man and you can just tell by the way he speaks to them and most of them are his children!!!!

I took my vehicle to NTB on Callahan Dr in Knoxville and was told that they couldn't drill the stud out to remove the wheel due to how the lug nut broke. They recommended I go to someone who could use a blow torch to melt it out, simultaneously damaging the wheel and anything else around the stud that doesn't react well to extreme heat. Idiots. Next, I went to Pepboys on Centerline Dr. I was told they couldn't drill it out either, but I was referred to All American Tire & Wheel. They were able to drill the damaged stud and replace it in about 2 hours. This is also a positive review for that Pepboys. Due to their great recommendation, I drove back to them on the same day and purchased 2 tires.
