Hello I recently had an Internal problem with my 3 H.P. compressor pump and called The I.R. service center in Nashville and told them my Pump Failed and locked up. It had been sitting in storage for 7 Years as it was Placed there with less then an hour running time on it prior to me placing it and hooking it back up. It cycled twice and locked up the pump. Nashville would not assist me due to the time Lapse on warranty, but they gave me the number for Air Components & Systems here in Knoxville to call. I called and spoke with Service Representive David. He asked if I could bring him the pump and I did. He said he would take care of the problem and did which included a connecting rod issue and a Broken oil wiper ring. I picked it up yesterday and they only charged me for the Quart of Compressor oil that they put in it, and did not charge me labor or part's that they Placed.
