I was in need of a new washer and dryer and I happened to stumbled upon this hole-in-the-wall appliance store so I decided to check it out. The employees answered all of my questions and gave me advice about which appliances are better than others. I found a matching Maytag Centennial set for $450 (the same set retailed at Sears for $1000)! Needless to say, I am very pleased. I recommend this store to anyone looking for used appliances. They are very professional.

This business is a complete scam. Save your money. I paid a $75 service fee for them to come out and fix my dryer. They pulled it apart and said they had to order a part and it would be in 2-3 days. After a week I started calling them and left multiple messages over several days and they never called back. I finally got someone who told me they would come out on a Wed. I took of work and no one showed up. I called and called and again no one answered or called me back. Basically they took my money and never followed up again.
They installed the heating and air when my house was built about 5 years ago. Used them a few times since then. Fast response. Logical approach to problems. Got the job done. No complaints. Will continue to use them. All in all...MUCH better service than one usually gets!!
