Worst service ever, compounded by a phone call to the manager who refused to refund my purchase,even though I spent $10 and got something different from what I ordered. I did not discover that until driving to work(in cedar bluff) and looking to make sure it wouldn't spill as I walked. The female manager was rude, condescending, non apologetic, unwilling to help And did not want to discuss it. She said they were short staffed and couldn't refund me for food in my possession and as I was speaking about that being a poor customer service choice, etc...she said, so have a good day hun...and HUNG up while I was speaking. I was in awe. First and LAST time I will visit LJS!! The fried shrimp they gave me looked horrible and the baked shrimp was rubbery & tasteless. I ordered shrimp and added SCAMPI to the order after being told they had it but it "wasn't on the outside menue"...the heavily tattooed & pierced girl at the window had left me at the drive thru window for over 10 min without communicating that she was leaving her station to ask other employees answers to my food questions. When she came back, she was still confused so I drove around to speak face to face.I apologized for all the questions but explained that it was my first time visiting LJS and I wasn't familiar with their menu. I told her I did not see scami on the menue...She ASKED a coworker if they had scampi( which he affirmed!) & then had to go ask the price, then how much LONGER it would take to fulfill my simple order,etc...a fellow male employee answered all her(my) questions and after 25 min in the drive thru, I was pulling out of there to quickly get across town to be at work by 12:45pm I was late d/t the 25+ minute order process. So disappointed to look in the bag in my parking lot at work and see baked shrimp on rice instead of scampi, so I took the time to call and speak with a manager about the issue & request a refund. She TOLD me I couldn't have ordered scampi bc They DIDNT have it!!!lol I assured her that during a 25+ min drive thru visit, it had been discussed in detail by name and I paid 10 to get it. After excuses, and basically calling me a liar, she ended by hanging up while I continued to ask for a refund. WORST FAST FOOD experience in many years, or possibly ever!I would suggest seasoned workers in drive thru & staffed in the restraunt!!
We went through the drive thru, big mistake. EVERYTHING was wrong! IT WAS LIKE THEY INTENTIONALLY GOT THE ORDER WRONG. sUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN 2 BREASTS, 2 WINGS, 2 THIGHS, 2 LEGS. wHAT WE GOT WAS 4 LEGS, 3 THIGHS, AND A WING. WE ORDERED EXTRA CRISPY, WE GOT ORIGINAL.. Update: Called that day, talked to the manager, Michael, we went in the following day. Michael was true to his word and made everything right. Many businesses just don't seem to 'get it' anymore. Restaurants around here focus on today's sales, instead of focusing on repeat business. Michael could have said, 'so what, I got your $32' but he get's it, he didn't want to lose my $32 EVERY MONTH. Thank you, Michael. Thank you, whomever hired Michael.
As far as Wendy's goes, this is a good one. Prices have gotten too expensive recently. However, from a frequent fast food purchaser in Knoxville over the past 20 years, order is correct and fresh 90% of the time. Drinks don't taste as good as McDonalds and are extremely overpriced. So even if I was in the mood for Wendy's food, I'd go to McDonald's for drink unless I wanted water or was in an extreme hurry.
she took too long to fill our order then she got it wrong I ordered 3pc dinner and paid for it when I got home (about 20 miles from the store) I found a 2 pc dinner the clerk paid very little attention to customers after going out of my way some 20 miles the manager offered me 2 pc of chicken and no military or senior discount
As far as Krystal goes, this is a good one. Drinks are not good as McDonalds anymore, they used to be however. Fries often end up soggy. Workers are always pleasant and friendly in this particular drive thru, which is a rare find nowadays. My son is a chicken wing snob, and he actually loves Krystal's wings.
By far probably the best burger king I've been to in a very long time..the ppl are nice and courteous they get the order out to you quickly unlike the Sevierville store that you always have to pull up and wait for your order..great job keep up the good work..we love having you in Seymour!!
HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE this place sucks I would never come back to it ever again and it made me wait in line for like 30 minutes and they got my order wrong my order so I came through and she's taking forever just taking forever yeah
Service is very slow not friendly. Had to wait for someone to take my order in the drive though for about 5min. Then the girl had no idea how to make change. They are just very badly trained. Will not go back
Usually order is fresh and correct. Workers usually pleasant at this location. Sometimes orders take a long time during lunch as they get busier than usual.
Order is always correct in my experience with this KFC. Usually pleasant workers. Usually good food. Sometimes drive thru is very very slow.
