on 9-11-2017, HOA sent people into my property to install a water meter. During the installation, they broke the oven. Tenant and I both have evidences that the oven worked well prior to their visit. I had demanded an immediate repair, but did not hear anything from this company. I have been trying every hard to contact account manager of to resolve this issue. She has been very unprofessional and irresponsible. I also mailed HOA management on 5-1-2017, 12-22-2017 and 2-23-2018, in order to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them regarding how to fix/replace the oven.
