This guy was recommended by multiple people. We brought the r1 in in Feb 2015 he said it would take a month to do the motor and put in the bike he said he'd order the parts, we contacted him a little after a month and he said we were suppose to order the parts so we did..... long story short we didn't get the bike unil late August and the bike still wasn't finished!!!!!! We had to put the motor in the bike ourselves and hook everything up he also chipped paint on the gas tank and lost part to the bike, I called him every week asking if he finished and he said I will TRY to get it done by the end of the week, he said that for about 3 weeks straight finally we got tired of it and just told him we'd come pick it up. I NEVER do reviews but I went out of my way to do this one. I'm guessing he chose to do other projects that come in after our bike and finished them. Not right at all. It's about business. You want your money do your job and do it right. REDICULOUS.Now we have to put our personal time and more money into the bike just to finish it. If we didn't have work full time we would have done it ourselves and I garentee we would've finished way before he would. Very very upset.

I had some brake problems on my only transportation. They went above and beyond to get me going. The gear in the new shop is worth seeing.
Bad experience here - so many things to list.Being misled by sales in regards to aftermarket parts to the service department not following through on a simple request - instead I get ridiculed and talked down to. Was told I was 'neglygiant' with my bike. Bike was cutting out on road. Had previous warranty issue with 7 miles on the odo (gear mech stuck in third), panicked when it was cutting out so I took it to the dealer for help. Instead I got blasted and the was not helped at all. Was told the issue was with the aftermarket parts. I got FMF and Doebeck Performance involved and they said the issue was the bike, not the parts. Returned bike after being insulted and ended up finding out that the spark plug boot was loose causing it to shut out. Why didn't they check that first? This is my first bike and it had warranty issues. Yes, in panicked and immediately brought it to them. Was assured if it was a 'stupid' fix, they would take care if it. Instead get treated like crap. NO MORE!
Two thumbs up on this guy! Age does matter when it comes someone's ability to work on my bike, lol. Honest, trusting, fast, and reasonable pricing is just a plus..Many thanks my FL native,Ric Lee
Bought a touring bike from these guys back in 2007 and have had it serviced there since. I don't shop a lot in the store but went in to buy my wife a Christmas present. The girl (Kim) in the apparel department remembered my name from 2007! She helped me with my wife's present plus a bunch of other gift ideas for my Christmas list. Spent way more than I planned.Looking for ideas and good down home peeps that know their stuff. Make this a Must shop stop.
