From the moment my husband and I walked into Lance Cunningham Ford until the time we walked out we had an exceptional experience. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist; she asked if she could assist we informed her we were there to meet with Aaron Sharp as we had scheduled a test drive with him. Within no time Mr. Sharp was up at the desk and ready to assist. Mr. Sharp was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy going – which are all things I appreciate. He was very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. The test drive, the initial paperwork, and the time with the finance area could not have gone better. While we dealt with Mr. Sharp and Travis Christensen directly even the employees that we interacted with indirectly were incomparable. My husband and I had been to other local dealerships and were disgusted by the lack of professionalism and consideration received. I can truly say it was refreshing to walk into a place that were willing to earn our business and did not act like it was owed to them. We will definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend others to do the same.

First I almost NEVER would give Exceptional and a rating! Now that's out of the way.... Mr. Hamilton took time to hear me out, instead of just rushing me and pointing me a direction that I really didn't want to go or be in! I have been to your dealership before and that time it was also Mr. Hamilton that had helped me too. I have seen while at you dealership that you have a number of salesmen and I would be lying if I said they are all like Mr. Hamilton... some just don't seem as friendly, easy going or non-"pushy". I know its a salesman's job to "make" a sale but I first talked to Mr. Hamilton back in late 2012 / early 2013 and I came back because HE gave me such good service the first time! I do have to say that Mr. Hamilton had to please one of his other customers and Mr. Sizemore finished completing the transaction with me. I hope to see Mr. Hamilton there for my future purchases! Thanks to Jack and Jimmy for getting my transmission repaired properly. I had a very bad experience with another local transmission shop, and they would not stand behind their warranty. Jack listened to my complaint and drove my vehicle and explained to me what the problem was and told me that the cost will be $575 cheaper than the previous repair. Jimmy disassembled the transmission in my presence and showed me what was wrong and explained to me the rebuild process including updating the valve body and replacing a couple of failure prone parts with new updated parts. They also only use factory transmission fluid in their rebuilt transmissions. The transmission has never worked this good, even back when I bought the vehicle with about 15000 miles on it. Thanks to Jack and Jimmy's help. Got transmission problems go see these guys.
I can't say enough how much I appreciate Allen Sizemore. He really handled himself well throughout the buying experience. He even went above and beyond to help get the car back that we were interested in that had been sent to auction and then to drive me back to my vehicle. I don't feel like he played sales games. He gave me the best price he could offer for the vehicle and followed up but was not pushy while we were trying to make a decision. Also, Steve in finance was pleasant and also not pushy when selling the extended warranty. And the paperwork process was quick and thorough. Also, I love the sweet lady that works at the door greeting people... she is a doll. The facility itself is impressive and like it's own little world. Even though it is far away from my home, I will consider having my car serviced there.
These guys were great. I was stuck on the side of the freeway, and the tow driver that came to pick me up suggested Transmission World. The manager got me into a rental car in no time, and kept in contact with me every step of the way. When my transmission was apart they explained exactly why it had blew up, and they only replaced the parts that were no good. When I first left my Chrysler there, I didn't think they would be able to get it done in two days like they promised because my aunt's transmission took a week and a half at another shop, but Transmission World was true to their word. I was back driving my own car in two days, and it's worked great ever since. I even have a 12 month warranty that's good for the whole country. It's nice to know that there are still reliable mechanics out there!
When my Volkswagen quit moving I had several people look at it to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. All of them said it was the transmission, and the prices they quoted me were astronomical. When I talked to Gus on the phone at Transmission World he made me feel good enough about his prices that I towed it in to his shop. When these guys checked it out they let me know that it was the clutch, and was only going to be half of the price I had thought it would be. I guess the other shops were just trying to charge me for a transmission when I didn't even need one! I'm glad the mechanics at Transmission World were honest and up front with me. They had the car done and on the road the next day, and it works as good as new.
I took my vehicle to NTB on Callahan Dr in Knoxville and was told that they couldn't drill the stud out to remove the wheel due to how the lug nut broke. They recommended I go to someone who could use a blow torch to melt it out, simultaneously damaging the wheel and anything else around the stud that doesn't react well to extreme heat. Idiots. Next, I went to Pepboys on Centerline Dr. I was told they couldn't drill it out either, but I was referred to All American Tire & Wheel. They were able to drill the damaged stud and replace it in about 2 hours. This is also a positive review for that Pepboys. Due to their great recommendation, I drove back to them on the same day and purchased 2 tires.
Jessica was more than helpful, and went out of her way to answer any of my questions. She never tried to pressure me into buying just any vehicle, but the one that best suited my needs. I will definitely pass her name and card around to any of my friends or family members needing a vehicle. However, I will warn them about Mr. Murray. When I tell someone that I have my financing done with a certain person, I don't need a pushy, type A personality, finance person giving his version of what I need to do. His attitude and mouth almost cost you my business. Ms. Jordan is the only reason that I didn't get up and leave.
